The Association
Our charity was established in December 2000 to raise funds to save Wildlife.
The means of finance has mainly been by trading from our Charity Shop
which has been augmented in the last two years by selling books on the Internet.
By the end of this year 2006 we will have raised and donated more than ¾ million dollars.
Apart from trading we also undertake fundraisers. Much of the goods we sell are bought,
however as each year passes we progressively receive more and more saleable donations.
We have been successful because we have always taken a businesslike approach.
Our Shop and Internet site are managed and not run by Committee. Thus there is a structure,
however Volunteers are encouraged if they wish to take responsibility and use their expertise or
acquire it for use to make the Shop more profitable.
Where we don’t have expertise we seek
help and advice from friends of the shop.
We have indeed been fortunate in the amount of help we have received and continue to receive.
Volunteers
On average each year we have ten volunteers to run our Organization considering the Centre is open 7 days a week and most Public holidays, a great commitment has been given.
The Judith Eardley Save Wildlife Centre has been very fortunate to have had service of our Volunteers and the success that we have had has been dependent on them.

Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to raise funds for saving Wildlife but equally important is to provide a means whereby
anyone and everyone can help to save Wildlife. People can donate saleable goods and buy good quality
items knowing that the cash raised will go to help Wildlife.
In our part of Victoria, no one can say they
are helpless, when it comes to saving Wildlife.
People can also choose to support our Fund raisers.
If the future of the environment is forlorn it is because people make that choice.
Thankfully more and more people decide to help organizations like the Judith Eardley save
Wildlife Centre. Our group of ten volunteers has and does give a lead however our success is
attributable to many thousands.
Wildlife cannot save itself nor can it ask for help.
Organisations like ours ask for help on behalf of Wildlife.
